If sent to the Brotherhood, E-DE's armor is greatly improved, increasing his DT by 12 and giving him a shiny new coat of armor. After a series of triggers, which can all be viewed on E-DE My Love's Fallout Wiki page, E-DE can either be sent to the Brotherhood of Steel or the Followers of the Apocalypse for an upgrade.
Of course, siding with either the Followers or the Brotherhood during E-DE's quest makes the armor have either much more DT or only slightly more.Į-DE's quest, E-DE My Love (a reference to the 1960's song Eddie My Love) is when the player first encounters references of E-DE's past, and his whole story is revealed by the end of the quest. With the completion of his quest, E-DE will gain a new, shiny armor coat that has slightly increased damage threshold. Watch out though, because he will NOT run out of ammo usually, but he will drain the Alien Cells with each shot, and they can NOT be replenished.Į-DE has a very low damage threshold, due to being an unarmored eyebot. But, with the Wild Wasteland perk, you can retrieve the Alien Blaster (north of Horowitz farm) and use its ammunition as E-DE's projectiles, multiplying his damage output by at least 10x. E-DE isn't much in the way of attack, because his weapon is so weak. While E-DE has a very low damage output, his perk, Enhanced Sensors, allows the player to detect enemies from a much longer range, and he's good company.Į-DE, like Rex, only has one attack, which is his small Laser Blaster built into the front of his body. He was recovered by Primm vendor Johnson Nash, and resides in Nash's home when first discovered. Afterwards several nuclear devices were detonated once again, destroying Hopeville and Ashton and creating "The Divide".E-DE is an Enclave Eyebot who was sent by his creators to the Navarro Enclave base, but was broken down while traveling through the wastes. That same year, the person who would become known as "the Courier" unwittingly delivered nuclear launch codes to Hopeville. Graham was replaced by Legate Lanius, who conquered several more tribes in the east in a brutal campaign to bolster the Legion's forces for a second attack on Hoover Dam. He survived, becoming a quasi-legendary figure known as the Burned Man, and eventually setting of the events of New Vegas' Honest Hearts DLC. When the Legion were lured into a trap at Boulder City during the First Battle of Hoover Dam in 2277, Ceasar had Graham covered in pitch, set on fire, and thrown into the Grand Canyon. In 2271 NCR President Kimball signed the Ranger Unification Treaty, bringing Nevada's rangers into the NCR in an attempt to push back the Legion's tide. Joshua Graham was made the Malpais Legate, and the duo formed a new faction, Caesar's Legion, which then began expanding eastward with an almost unstoppable slave army.
